This is one of my favorite “hero” pics, where I’m demolding the plaster original of the biggest corinthian capital I’ve personally seen poured in concrete.
 
The “jacket” I’m holding in my hands is a flexible urethane mold that, when held in shape by the rigid outer mother mold, will recreate all the ornamental detail of the original in new concrete capitals.
