Scenic painting | SeaWorld, San Diego

This is a one day bit of faux stone painting fun on the SeaWorld installation in San Diego. The blue cinderblock building was the original and sole occupant of the island in the center of Jet Ski Stadium; together they evolved into the environment for Cirque de la Mer.

This section of the blue building was visible to the far left 5% of the audience, so I painted it into stone “camouflage” to patch the main set pieces on one of our final days working on the island itself.
